Terms of Service 2025
1. Booking and Payment Terms
- A non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking. All payments must be paid in full latest 4 weeks to the event date.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the payment has been received.
- Late payments may attract additional charges or lead to cancellation of the service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Date & City changes made after confirming/booking may result in additional payment.
- Colours Media reserves the right to cancel no less than 4 weeks to the event in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, with a full refund offered to the client.
3. Service Delivery
- Edited digital images or/and video content will all be delivered within 1 – 4 weeks after the wedding
- Up to 50 images will be retouched and all images edited
- Clients will receive their delivery as outlined in their invoice.
- Raw or unedited files will not be provided unless agreed separately at an additional fee after the wedding.
- A photograph or video shall be considered of acceptable technical quality if it is visible and clear enough for the primary person(s), subjects or actions intended to be captured is reasonably identifiable. Where a face isn’t part of the image, the action or context must still be understandable. Audio shall be considered of acceptable quality if the spoken words are heard and understood. Creative effects such as depth of field, motion blur, camera movements shall not be considered defects in quality when used intentionally for artistic, storytelling or stylistic purposes. Any other considerations beyond this standard shall be regarded as a matter of personal preference, not quality.
4. Logistics on the Day of the Event
Colours Media will be responsible for the logistics of the media crew, however to ensure seamless coverage and reduce the risk of missing key moments, we recommend that media crew is transported alongside the bride or groom, particularly if transportation is limited. If combined distance starting from the first location to other locations is more than 15 minutes by car, there is an additional logistics fee.
The arrival and departure time of the media crew must be confirmed and finalized latest 9 weeks to the wedding, if not there may be an additional logistics cost.
Regardless of the number of hours booked, the earliest possible time for crew arrival is 8am. The team can still arrive at any time you prefer, so far its not earlier than 8am and still within the number of hours booked. If you want an arrival time earlier than 8am, there may be an additional cost. If your event is taking place across multiple, there may be an additional surcharge.

● Pre-event preparation (makeup, dressing, etc…(subject to agreed call time)
● Portrait sessions
● Entrance of the bride
● Couple’s entrance
● Exchange of vows
● Groomsmen and bridesmaids entrance
● Ring exchange
● Traditional engagement or Registry ceremony and Reception party
● Couple’s first dance
● Couple and parents dance
● Cake cutting
Note: This is subject to the activities actually taking place at the event, part of your package and starts at the time they were meant to start (and within the booked number of hours). There may be limitations in details shot if only one team is booked.
NB: Coverage beyond your booked hours (on invoice) is billed as extra and charged separately. Any activity after the booked hours is considered an after-party and must be booked and paid for in advance. Moments outside of listed ‘moments captured’ above may still be charged. You may also book extra hours on the day of the event although this is charged at an higher rate than if booked before the date of the event
Other Teams At Your Event
In order to be able to provide the maximum result possible for you on the wedding day, we should be the only media team present (including content creator). If we are not the only media team present on the day, please let us know ahead. The above coverage list will only be upheld if we are the only media team. If you need multiple media team or content creators, do let us know as we offer these services and its easier to coordinate everyone for a smoother production.
Accommodation Terms
If the client provides accommodation for the media crew, it must be safe, clean, and conducive. The client assumes full responsibility for the safety of the crew and equipment. If the client cannot provide this, the media crew will arrive as early as possible (depending on location and logistics).
Regardless of number of hours booked, if the media crew’s departure time falls into a time whereby the media crew will be unable to leave the same day, there will be an accommodation cost.
Copyright Terms
Colours Media retains full rights to all photos and video content captured during the event.
- We reserve the right to use any image or footage for promotional and advertising livestream, etc including but not limited to our platforms on Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and our website.
- We may tag the client using their social media handles when images are shared online.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a complaint regarding our services:
1. Clients must notify us via email within 5 working days of receiving the deliverables.
2. The complaint will be reviewed internally, and a resolution will be proposed where appropriate.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a booking has been made. Please ensure you:
- Confirm and review package details carefully before making a booking.
- Communicate any special preferences in advance.
5. Client Usage
- Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the final delivered images or videos for personal sharing and printing.
- Commercial usage (e.g., brand advertising, business promotion, or resale) is not permitted without a separate licensing agreement.
6. Studio Policies (if applicable)
Colours Media will take steps to provide high-quality services. However, we shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g, weather conditions, act of God, etc).

8. Data Storage
- Event content will be stored for a period of 7 days from the delivery date. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files as soon as they are delivered.
- After this period, Colours Media cannot guarantee the availability of files.
- Flash drive is meant for delivery, not storage. If the content is not confirmed latest 7 days after the delivery, we will assume you have checked and have received it and we can remove content from our archives.
9. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staffs. Any form of harassment or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
10. Agreement
By making payment, you agree to have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by these terms of Service.
